[文摘]:The fluctuation of transient heat transfer in the separated flow region around a cylinder between negative values (heat transfer from the colder surface to the warmer bulk fluid) and positive values (the expected heat transfer from the warmer fluid to the colder surface) has been theoretically confirmed. Results are presented for the instantaneous static temperature distribution and vorticity distribution of a cylinder immersed in a compressible fluid. The phenomena is illustrated using the simulation technique of Shang (1982). (R.R.)
