[文摘]:Laser beam soldering is a packaging technology alternative to polymeric adhesive bonding in terms of stability andfunctionality. Nevertheless, when packaging especially micro optical and MOEMS systems this technology has to fulfilstringent requirements for accuracy in the micron and submicron range. Investigating the assembly of several laseroptical systems it has been shown that micron accuracy and submicron reproducibility can be reached when usingdesign-of-experiment optimized solder processes that are based on applying liquid solder drops ("Solder Bumping") ontowettable metalized joining surfaces of optical components. The soldered assemblies were subject to thermal cycles andvibration/ shock test also.

[文摘]:This study presents a new generalized guidance law for collision courses under which a rectilinear collision course exists when the missile and target axial accelerations or decelerations are constant. Consideration is given to a guidance law which gives theoretical lateral acceleration commands to guide the missile on a collision course. Simulation results show that the guidance laws presented can intercept the target using far smaller lateral acceleration commands than prepared for proportional navigation. (P.D.)
