[文摘]:The optimization of the system design, from the acoustical point of view, is of great importance in the aerospace field as well as in traditional fields, like automotive and railways. The purpose of this paper is to describe a novel approach on sound rendering. We have developed an algorithm of audio analysis that uses information supplied by sound analysis, obtained by simulation software, and reproduces the audio effect heard by an observer (even when navigating) inside an environment. This means that we have to define the parameters characterizing the digital audio data and send them to sound boards supporting the procedure for rendering and reconstructing the audio effect in real time. By analogy with computer graphics, we introduce the Phoxel concept; Phoxel is a sound numerically expressed in amplitude and frequency associated with a given point in a generic 3D space. (Author)
